We manage our calendar carefully to give every gift the attention it deserves!
- Advance Booking
Please submit your request at least 2 days in advance. -
Same-Day Rush
Need an immediate touch of elegance? We offer same-day service for a $10 - 15 surcharge per gift, subject to our team's immediate availability.

Confirmation
We will personally review your request and send a confirmation within one business day. -
Special Handling
Gifts that are unusually shaped or arrive without a sturdy box may require a small boxing fee ($3 - $8) to ensure a perfect wrap. We'll always notify you first!

Standard Turnaround
Most orders are completed within 3 - 5 business days from when we receive your gifts. Please anticipate slightly longer timelines during major holiday rushes.

🚗 Pick-Up & Delivery Logistics
We make getting your gifts to us and back to you easy! We offer complimentary pick-up / drop-off within a 5-mile radius of Cary for orders totaling over $60. For smaller orders or locations outside this radius, we will coordinate a convenient pick-up / drop-off time. Once your gifts are beautifully wrapped, we will contact you via your preferred method to arrange the final hand-off.

Essential Gift List
When sending multiple items, please include a list noting the 'To' and 'From' details if you'd like us to create custom gift tags. (Feel free to use your own format or the order form template we provide!). -
Your "Gift Key"
We discreetly label each finished item and provide you with a "gift key" so you can easily identify every perfectly wrapped present. -
Wrapping Themes
If you request different styles, please specify the theme next to each gift on your list. To maintain a cohesive, boutique look, we limit orders to a maximum of three distinct wrapping paper themes. -

In rare instances of supply shortages, we reserve the right to substitute a theme with a similar, high-quality wrapping style.
💰 Payments & Invoicing
Our payment and invoicing system is designed to keep the stress off you during your gifting season - no surprises here! You can find helpful information about our process below.
- The final service cost is determined by the size of your gift.
- You will receive a detailed invoice via email after the wrapping is complete.
- Payment in full is required either before or at the time of pick-up / delivery.
- We happily accept Zelle, check, or cash.
